Expedition: Wildflowers
At this event, you’ll participate in a guided hike through a local wetland while learning about native wildflower species.
The Expedition will be led by Gavin King, a caretaker of Wildwood. Throughout the 90-minute walk, Gavin will point out and discuss spring wildflowers and wetland plant species. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes and weather-appropriate clothing. Cameras are binoculars are welcome.
The hike will be followed by a picnic and Q&A. The Lilly Center will provide boxed lunches to all who RSVP and fill out this form! Restrooms will also be available on-site.
